PHYSICAL AMAZON GIFT CARD INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1. Purchase Gift Card

Purchase a $100 denomination Amazon Gift Card at any participating grocery, drug, or convenience store.

STEP 2. Send Photo of Serial Number

Scratch off Serial Number on back of gift card, take a clear picture of the Serial Number, and send the photo to serveblaze@gmail.com within 24 hours of submitting your application.

Once Mistress Blaze receives the photo, and successfully loads the $100 tribute onto Her account, She will review and consider your application.

If you do not send the gift card within 24 hours - or if the gift card balance is less than $100 - Mistress Blaze will not consider your application as She will deem you to be someone who cannot follow instructions, meaning you are not ready to serve.

It is strongly recommended that you retain the gift card in your possession until Mistress Blaze verifies She was able to load $100 into Her account. If you are careless with either the gift card or the Serial Number photo, someone else can easily load the gift card balance onto their account before Mistress Blaze, who will then be accessing a $0 balance gift card, and classifying you as someone who cannot follow instructions as a result.
